At manager level they don't have any respect for his group members they rules like king on them and shouting on them even in laboratory. They treat as a presioner not employees they are also altered privacy of employe. We have to mane all thing in laboratory cleaning and collecting the required. When we ask to attendeer those who are responsible for maintaining they said ask your superior.
