Cliantha Research is well established organisation. They offer employees a stable and supportive environment. The regular training and workshops provided contribute significantly to the professional growth and the job security is at the company is reassuring. The HR team is supportive, contributing positive work environment.

Dislikes

There is a room for improvement in achieving work life balance, specifically with current 6 days work week. Compensation packages might not meet the industry standards. Remote work systems which is common in the industry might not be provided. Some employees note that there could be more autonomy in their role.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
