Though i was working hard doing great as per my job profile and also my other department colleagues were appreciating me but my department was hard to notice my appreciation. Generally speaking, my work is very challenging as i have to look for training of new as well as exsisting employees. To make the all the required training material and to mke them understand the things were very challenging.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
