The worst work culture in branch if you are good in buttering for manager then your manager will recommend for your promotion. And if someone will complaint about the manager's behaviour then HR department is not going help you. HR or even higher authority will only support to those who is giving business to bank whether the staff is bringing business from any wrong activity. They'll hire for one place and post somewhere else "temporarily", only to ship you off to a completely random branch mile from what was agreed upon. Flexibility is key... or is it survival? 3. Tricky Salary Offer: Their offer letter should come with a magnifying glass. If you don't clarify your actual take-home pay upfront, you're in for a surprise.
