Hey guys! Just wanted to share my thoughts on City Union Bank. The learning opportunities here are great, especially compared to other banks. But, let me be honest, the overall organization culture isn't good. Promotions are tough to come by, with employees waiting for 6-7 years. Plus, there are no yearly increments. And, if you plan on leaving, be ready to pay a hefty sum for the last year's bonus, training and recruitment cost etc which come around 8-10 percent of your last 3 years salary received.Not recommended for the middle class, and safety-wise.
