Bank is employee friendly they take care of there needs and personal requirements with compare to peers banks in industries, good for practical learning platform with easy growth in carrier . Job security is higher side in this bank then any other private organisation in India as far I know.

Overall support during pandamic is very good and responsive. During the critical crisis of the universe the bank has taken the responsibility of employees as well as the general public / customers as their dependents in aligning the working culture in a smooth and systematic manner not affecting the BAU as much as possible. Especially for the employees there is no financial and emoulments disturbance / distruption during the global covid crisis. Hats off.
