Likes

There is almost nothing positive about the company. To mention, employee housing loan is the only benefit. And being a banker you will a social status. That too only when you are in rural. Else there is no benefits.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Almost 12 hours of work. No job confirmation. Heavy pressure with almost null interesting products. No ethics.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
