Job security and teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but no personal career growth. Their only focus is on Marketing, Lead Generation and Cold calls. Instead of making employees to do Branch or Inner work, Torturing their employees to make cold calls and generate more leads to improve their business. If not yelling and making employees feel bad about themselves which will daily give us mental pressure...On the whole they are not bank...Just a marketing company in tha name of bank. Their HR policies, Gender Biasness in promotion, less number of branches and many more issues

Unbalanced . Suppose on 1st Jan 2021 join and training and probation period is 18 months , for first 6 month no leave allow and after that till your confirmation only 15CL AND 15 SL.confirmation process is lengthy upto 2 years and it's waste (no criteria)

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
