Working on production data warehouse, so I am having a great learning curve.

Doing the work of 2 people at half a person's salary. Doing 11 hr of shift, without any overtime, or even recognition. Manager scolds like hell for minuet error, and pressurise like hell to get the work of 2 people done by an individual. Can't take a leave, even have to come on every Saturday.

Genuinely saying there is nothing about city union bank. They have an toxic work culture. No one respect city union Bank employees. There will be section for each and every department and no one respect you. Also they put anywhere in india and didn't give transfer for 5 years. For 3 years they won't confirm your services. If you leave the company after joining you have to pay lots of money to City Union Bank then only you will get proper relieving letter. I suggest everyone don't join City union bank. The worst work culture in branch if you are good in buttering for manager then your manager will recommend for your promotion. And if someone will complaint about the manager's behaviour then HR department is not going help you. HR or even higher authority will only support to those who is giving business to bank whether the staff is bringing business from any wrong activity. All the branch operations and marketing has to do alone for yourself. There is no seperate department for different operations. They intentionally over-hire, knowing full well that 90% will flee within three months due to the chaotic roles. 2. Unclear Job posting: Don't get too attached to the location you were promised. They'll hire for one place and post somewhere else "temporarily", only to ship you off to a completely random branch mile from what was agreed upon. Flexibility is key... or is it survival? 3. Tricky Salary Offer: Their offer letter should come with a magnifying glass. If you don't clarify your actual take-home pay upfront, you're in for a surprise.
