- Office Politics - Micromanagement - Authoritarian/autocratic style of working - Appraisals/Promotions? Absolutely No-no - Employees are treated as bonded labourers - Huge trust deficit & extremely discriminatory and partial behaviour of managers In a nutshell- toxic work environment, decreased morale, and extreme inefficiency within the team

What I like about working at the Citizens Alliance is the helpful RM, helpful colleagues, helpful QC, and the environment of this office.

What I dislike about working at the Citizens Alliance is the toilet problem. otherwise, everything in this office is good.

I'm very happy to be an employee of CAPL. The seniors and TL & QC in the office are very helpful. The environment of the office is very good so it's nice to work and there no salary issue.
