I think this company has fully packed a good company. But something changes will do in better position to this company,like some changes old damage chairs, computers and headset and A.C. and also we deserve some our job security.

Do not believe any of the paid reviews. Citizens Alliance Pvt. Ltd or CAPL as they call it, is the ideal place if you are considering a career suicide. The ignorant top management and the even more disastrous HR department. They have no regard for company culture, employee welfare or at least safety. Fear, fear, fear: I really liked how the managerial faces resort to threat, fear, and intimidation to make employees 'remain in line'. List too long. Stalking: Zero safety for female employees. Your manager might even stalk you to the coffee room. Espionage: Certain people are designated to spy on your every move and conversation to twist and distort the truth to the manager. Scam: You will be called consultants but 98% of the time you will be tasked with how to bring more money from the Government.

At times in this company, the AC stops, and suffocation occurs. Some people's behavior is not good. They consider themselves the boss of the company.

I'm very happy to be an employee of CAPL. The seniors and TL & QC in the office are very helpful. The environment of the office is very good so it's nice to work and there no salary issue.
