The teams are good and provide good learning opportunities for everyone. There are a wide variety of projects, so exposure is well structured

There is barely any workplace culture, the office itself has a closer plan making interaction with colleagues more difficult. They are yet to adopt the open floorplan workplace culture. Plus there is bad upper management, the project managers and owners are barely aware of project needs and handling (worked with over 5 teams) getting a basic license for software can take weeks. Company doesn't have much Projects in Healthcare Domain. But still hiring/firing takes place on daily basis. Even after clearing 2 Tech Interviews + Client interview, people are in bench for more than 2 months. 3. Job security is Zero. Don't join or refer any of your Friends. This Company is in Danger Zone.
