1. Zero job security. They have 90 days bench policy. If you are not enrolled in any Project, they will fire you immediately. They don't reveal this during interview. 2. Company doesn't have much Projects in Healthcare Domain. But still hiring/firing takes place on daily basis. Even after clearing 2 Tech Interviews + Client interview, people are in bench for more than 2 months. 3. Job security is Zero. Don't join or refer any of your Friends. This Company is in Danger Zone. Soon we will see mass firing from this Company in news. 4. Huge Variable Pay (15%) percentage....Read More
