Depends on your project but more or less work environment is free and not much of micro management is there Work hours are flexible Work life balance can be maintained in most of the projects Learning is encouraged but self motivated learning proves fruitful

Dislikes

Company is now strict with number of hours logged and work from home approval Career growth depends on your equation with manager rather than your actual project work. Salary increments have been disappointing since last two appraisals.
