1. -100 for work life balance - I was made to work from 10 am to 1 am many many a times. 2. My manager would call me up on weekend and assign task 3. If you are joining function/internal team, you are doomed as JD is different than actual work 4. I was made to handle tickets which does not match my profile 5. Salary is very very less 6. My manager called me to show fake sympathy that my salary is less and they will talk to HR but when I said, as per market standard, I shld get 2 lakh more then he insulted me & said "aise tume 50lakh mang loge to hum denge kya".........though after resignation, I got superb hike. 7. favoritism - good project will be given to favourites & rest would be burdened with support task...Read More
