Likes

Citibank has many good benefits and compensations . The per day login hour is 7 hrs 45 mins only . Very flexible shift ,can choose diff shift every month as per our request and can swap everyday as well. Salary is also good ,u receive bonus as well and other compensations. They also provided free cab service during covid.

Dislikes

Only thing I dislike about citi is the customers 😂 All the cms are very highend, so they be very rude sometimes. And also we may have to extend sometime to finish our follow ups
