Company brand name Canteen food is good. However it closes at 9pm and the rates on higher end. People working in night shift suffer due to lack of proper canteen facilities. The management has put in vending machine which does not work most of the time and holds only chips and crisps Free transport facility but it is not employee friendly. Constant follow up required Insurance coverage only for employees. Parent's and children are covered at extra cost. Declining corporate culture Too much dirty politics at local level causing mental harassment to employees AVP and VP are clueless about the work process in general Delayed or no promotions and bonus is on lower end even for high performing employees Lots of hiring of unskilled people so the quality of peers is declining
