Number of holidays, but mostly gets lapsed as we are over overworked

People who work are overworked, not roles and responsibilities defined, asked to do work, which is not supposed to be your work. Management don't want to listen.

Likes

Compensation and job profiles are good when joining. It allows one to make a mark for oneself early on and if one is able to do it - there is lot of support and opportunities that come your way. There ample volunteering and CSR opportunities one can engage in.

Dislikes

If in case one runs into a challenging situation or doesn't meet as much success, you would quickly lose favour and left to fend for yourself
