Cipla Ltd. is a great organisation to work for, tremendous respect in the market for ethics, values, practices and products. Great empowerment at each level, humongous growth prospects. A true indian MNC!

Dislikes

Frequent changes in leadership in recent times lends ambiguity & uncertainity in career progression. Lot of restructuring within the company, has bereft it of it's great talent base at each level.

One of the best organization to work with it is indeed big university where almost we learn everything and each aspect of sales & marketing more than cipla produces interpriner and leaders for industry who can further producing good leaders . Cipla provides one of the fast track carrier growth and learning platform

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
