As company reputation is great in industry. But, in recent fast HO culrure is not supporting to Senior talented people. Not able to find correct root cause , analyse & solve on manpower attritions. In recent fast attrition percentage is higher side. Particularly HR is not exicuting their domain roll at required areas.

The company is innovative in Respiratory Segment, i have enjoyed working in Respiratory ,Work environment is very good just like home,each one is connected to another person in another Division.Training at Cipla is very much appreciable ,people from non medical Background are also taken in such a way they feel confident in dr chamber & deliver as per expectation in in-clinic discussion..
