Nothing to like about it’s a typical school culture where there is no freedom to work and hawk eyes are always on you closely scrutinising every movement of yours closely. That’s not how good companies should work

Worst place and worst people. So called HR Alpana is a self made HR with zero knowledge in managing resources. But she is good with micro managing team. If an airline baggage handler can become a project manager, just imagine the level of work and work culture.

I was employed at Cinntra some time back before I made a move to pursue my higher studies. Those were one of the fun and amazing learning times for me. The management is very diligent and ensures that the employees have all what it takes to succeed both at the workplace and at personal skill development level, they extend themselvesto help their employees, in short management is super personal and helpful. After working in many big firms I realized Cinntra's work culture is one of the best in place, with great camaraderie between all its employees. I also received amazing compensation and perks competing to the current market giants. So that was cherry on the cake :) . Recently, I received a mail and call from the company's management to check my well being, I was really surprised by this wonderful gesture from the people at Cinntra that despite being a former employee there are checking up to see the well being in the time of COVID-19 crisis for their former employees, also they were very supportive to extend their help in anyway possible. It's really surreal feeling and fills my heart with immense gratitude to have been a part of such wonderful company in the past. I really wish well for the company and their future. To any person reading this review deciding whether to work for Cinntra or not, I will just tell GO FOR IT. P.S. They are treating you like you are study in school there is no cafeteria no coffee and tea provide by company you can not go out from gate twice in a day there is no hierarchy of people position you have to come to the office at 9:30-10:00 but there is no fix time to gi home you have to work 10-12 hour in office and also work at night from home. Very bad experience in this company.
