No a great place to work if you really want to grow in your career

Work culture is not at all supportive if you are a women with small kids, or if you want to bring better changes. Management dances for everything client demands n puts team members in highlight n targets if sumthin goes wrong. K owing automation was a minus in this company as people with no automation knowledge n only manual testing knowledge gets into manegerial roles n starts showing insecurities n that’s where the growth stops. I joined as fresher in Cigniti and in one yr I got Hike with twice the package with which I have joined. Later yearly hike will be less compared to Earlier, but it will be more than MNC hike.

Dislikes

No welcome gifts when joined in company. They don’t provide Diwali gifts or sweets. No Cab facility
