Very low/Zero standards in 1. Company culture- different for onshore teams (US, UK, Switzerland) and different for low cost countries like India, Poland, Romania 2. HR Policies- again regional differences with zero care for low cost countries 3. Work profile- Completely operational work, job profile shared was completely different 4. Professionalism- Completely submissive to client without even due review and push back.
