Very low/Zero standards in 1. Company culture- different for onshore teams (US, UK, Switzerland) and different for low cost countries like India, Poland, Romania 2. HR Policies- again regional differences with zero care for low cost countries 3. Work profile- Completely operational work, job profile shared was completely different 4. Professionalism- Completely submissive to client without even due review and push back. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
