Nothing it was one of my worst experience ever. They hired me saying I would be a project manager but my role did not match anything of a PM. Actually the role does.not exist on offshore at all. No clear goals or objectives no peer support.

Not much projects and employee face uncertainty after being released from one assignment.when employee seek internal opportunities, managers in other BU inquire about their salary package and often respond that they don’t budget for it .This raises a question -if budget constraints vary from project to project why aren’t candidates informed about this during the hr discussions?Transparency during hiring would help employees make informed career decisions rather than facing sudden layoffs. why they are not allowing candidates to learn new technologies if new assignment requires it but they are not giving chance .
