Top level manangment behave like cheaters .I worked total 6 years .Last year I got an offer of 28 LPA ,I put down my papaers ,later CGI agreed to offer 26L .So withdeawn my papers .After withdrawn they made it 22.65 L and they told market situvation is not good.The heigher manangment grown by eating others compensations

Always there will be pressure to complete the things, they won't consider the work life balance, 12 hours a day you need to work 365days in a year. Most of the people working in CGI are 10+years in same company so they don't respect you, they don't have any work culture. Learning and development. Moving employees to different team with zero knowledge opportunity for everyone, even if they don't deserve it. Freshers gets trained on a subject for 6 months then put into production whatever skill sets they develop in 6 months of training
