For Experienced(8 years and above) CGI is one of the best company, work life balance will be good.. no pressure very less work and good hike (minimum 10%) Job security will be there.. during our last days of IT CGI is the best place.. you will get CGI share which will be a good thing.

Dislikes

For Freshers it is terrible company.. No learning and skill development.. No new technologies.. career growth is very difficult.. if you are a person who is very much satisfied with what you get then CGI is good for you.. no work pressure.. moderate hike in salary..
