The work environment is great!! As you have huge number of people working on a project, so the responsibilities are very limited ,so you can maintain a great work-life balance

As a large number of people works on a project, the module ownership is very miniscule and if you are willing to grow as a software engineer then its not the right environment/place, other wise from the management perspective, you have more work to do in the managerial roles than in a software development role

They provide work from home options BUT totally depends on your manager. IF you are not very career oriented and just want a job its a place. No competition among employees.

company has very small goals. quality of products developed is not great. to stand out in market is not a CGI policy.
