Family like environment, if you can skillfully handle many people then you can have a good work life Balance. And people are very supportive even in personal life. Salary is below par, but perks are similar to a PSU, but a scaled down version. Medical service is one of the best.

It all depends on the management. How are they developing you? CESC gives you ample opportunity to develop. Many trainings are given and the management in my plant specifically is very helpful. They understand your personal problems as well and try to help. They have given huge support when my parents needs to be hospitalized and took proper care of employees during COVID. Apart from that the barrier between senior and junior is low. Both senior and junior tends to respect each other. The treatment towards contract workers is also quite better. Anyone who wants to actually learn, this company is an ideal choice. Additional Pro: My manager was no doubt the best manager in the world. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
