Likes

Regularly sanitizes the office. Checking through thermal gun and uses of sanitizer at office everyday. Provides good medical facilities.

Dislikes

Have to spent a lot of time of the day, mostly 11hrs a day. It affects personal life. Scope for promotion and increment should be much better than existing.

Work Details

Monitoring Low Tension fault jobs. High Tension feeder faults load isolation and normalization. Contrctor gang bill sanctioning. Planning to control fault cost. Dealing with letters of technical complaints. Job allocation to Permanent gangs.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
