1. 100% job security 2. Organization is good at taking care of employees 3. Canteen facility is great 4. HR team is nice 5. supportive and motivating engineers (only few)

1. Worst treatment to DL employees especially in process and NPI department 2. Pressuring employees to complete assigned work in a short time duration (which actually takes more time to complete) 3. Few CFT members are not supportive 4. Providing partial inputs and expecting 100% output 4. Your own teammates will not support you5. No value for your knowledge 6. I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
