People Managers are excellent in Centrica, well most of them. In my less then 4 years of stay I had 4 managers and I can sure say three were excellent with people management. 75% managers good or above that in people management is a good percentage. Work-Life Balance is superb, the company actually pampers you in this aspect. Thereis no other company that provides you this in Service Delivery field of work. Compensation, they pay you well. Really well. Period. Overall Satisfaction, with the above criteria in place, the overall satisfaction is superb. Very Kneejerk in Policies Job security is negative There is a fear of job loss looming over you every moment The leadership team in the UK are totally not aware of political undercurrents at their Indian premises and has a negative impact over people working here, especially ones who want to stay clear off the politics and focus on work.
