Managers are noisy, every task they want in 2 days, they'll give task on Friday, ruin you weekend, no work life balance, higher authorities promise unrealistic timeline to client and pressure employees to work day and night, delayed appraisal, but cut your salary in time for being late in office

If you are Joining as PA than it is best to not join. Both PA and PE do same work. But treatment PA get is not good. Also there is no proper procedure do the work in company. They still not use basic project management tools. Also appraisal only depends on your presentation skills it is not depend on you work.
