It is not about Central Bank. But about the top brass posted by GoI. There have been very few truly committed top brasses headin rhis bank especially post 1991. Sri K C Choudhary, Ms Daruwalla and the present, Sri Pallav Mahapatra are the ones who owned the bank and committed for making it better. Sri Pallav Mahapatra's contributionat the worst of the Bank's time is unmatched. He has rescued the bank from getting eroded into obliviousness to continued existence. So GoI should ensure posting MD & CEOs after thorough scrutiny so that the organisation does not suffer due to the inefficiency and directionlessness of incapable people in that driving seat....Read More

It was really pleasure to with such a multi cultured organization. It is the team that make things happen as desired. We are free to create our own style of functioning which paves way for team building and achieving goal. Compensation was decent and at par with peers. Career path was not consistent and seniority was relegated which affected the deserving seniors
