After becoming manager, there will be nothing which will find to be good.

No work life balance for managers, Pressurized working on 2nd and 4th Saturdays, No manpower to manage departments in branch, Absolutely no leaves to Managers, even for 1 -2 days. Life becomes worthless after becoming manager, you will be told by senior to forget about your family and think kf bank as your family.

Review meets horrible policy amendments are poor Transfers of the staff is frequent Branches are in remote places and premises are placed in very worst position.
