No work life balance for managers, Pressurized working on 2nd and 4th Saturdays, No manpower to manage departments in branch, Absolutely no leaves to Managers, even for 1 -2 days. Life becomes worthless after becoming manager, you will be told by senior to forget about your family and think kf bank as your family.
