What i like about working in CBSI Global The Timely Salary distribution. The accessible HRMK system allows for easy self-service, enabling to download salary slips and tax-related documents without the need for constant communication. proactive healthcare support, particularly in emergency situations is invaluable the flexibility in leave adjustments helps to minimize unnecessary deductions

Dislikes

While i appreciate certain aspects of company there are some areas that could benefit from refinement. The frequent rotation of SPOCs every three to six months can disrupt communication and continuity. the time-consuming process of resolving queries with HR or SPOCs can be frustrating the appraisal system thought seemingly structured but not work till you constantly take follow-up's. in my case, despite joining the company for over 30 month i have not received any appraisal yet as per company policy it should be process after completing 24 months but i am taking follow-up where i send mail to HR SPOCE with constant reminders but not even single response or acknowledge received from HR or SPOC side. its like the company deploy you to client side and forgot you just process payment every month if you sent timesheet on time if not or your client manager is on leave and not approved your timesheet expect delay in your salary....Read More
