I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. What they commit they do this in respect of salary, They send the birthday gift for wishes there employee. They are transparent if vendor not renew the employee then they told immediately to find the job and they give pending salary and experience certificate. Hr is helpful to provide all the docs.

Dislikes

If vendor not renew the contact they have no capability to provide interview or allocate in any other project. Where as they told that you will be join as a permanent employee. In this case meaning of permanent employee is very confusing.

What i like about working in CBSI Global The Timely Salary distribution. The accessible HRMK system allows for easy self-service, enabling to download salary slips and tax-related documents without the need for constant communication. proactive healthcare support, particularly in emergency situations is invaluable the flexibility in leave adjustments helps to minimize unnecessary deductions

While i appreciate certain aspects of company there are some areas that could benefit from refinement. The frequent rotation of SPOCs every three to six months can disrupt communication and continuity. the time-consuming process of resolving queries with HR or SPOCs can be frustrating the appraisal system thought seemingly structured but not work till you constantly take follow-up's. in my case, despite joining the company for over 30 month i have not received any appraisal yet as per company policy it should be process after completing 24 months but i am taking follow-up where i send mail to HR SPOCE with constant reminders but not even single response or acknowledge received from HR or SPOC side. its like the company deploy you to client side and forgot you just process payment every month if you sent timesheet on time if not or your client manager is on leave and not approved your timesheet expect delay in your salary....Read More

no contact person in cbsi HR never pickup call when we need after 2 years we got appraisal and not got a good hike we are working for a client ,cbsi only gives a reason we don’t get any billing from the client
