I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Good support from both boss either he us ankit sir or saurabh sir .. Just some production staff is not good . If you want to work cool so just stay away from some staff . They act like they are good in the whole organisation they talked bad about organisation to involve you in politics . So away from those people and stay happy and blessed .
