This company is a Worst work environment. Toxic management persons, fake salary promises from HR team. Company unable to retain the clients with their management abilities and instead of improving their client handling skills they are terminating the employees with no reason. No job security.

Good salary benefits if you are lucky enough, still providing WFH for associates level workforce(company is in loss and have no money to expand the workspace as the currrent workspace has been built pre-covid and the current employee strength is 3x more comparing to pre-covid) which is still preferred to many, micro-management is inplace which is good for loyal and honest employees, those who complaint about the micro-management are the ones who wants to simply sit for 8 hours doing nothing and get salary without any questions asked. Support team is good(HR and IT), however finance is poor still- who do payroll in excel and no space there to implement any advance finance techs due to favourism. Intenal politics, useless top management(with an example: people with zero knowledge about US RCM can be at managerial role at BIlling if you they know or worked with the Operations Director in Transcription 20 years ago), Founder/Owner is kind on an early retirement(he is 32-34 I believe) which led this bright org to fall down, global VP is racist who also didnt even know the working structure of an US medical billing company in India, there are lots of favourism(process manager's wife can do the moonlight in the same company, but still company thinks its happened without the knowledge/support of that manager), no proper planning of resource requirements which ends up with unexpected terminations or layoff which causing the job security issues....Read More
