Likes

Environment and co-operation of team of company are very good. The nature of campany's owners very good, coprative and polite.

Dislikes

Management department of plant is very poor and doesn't address our issue clearly. The command of plant is in inexperience people, i would like to suggest that plant need experienced manager.

The job is quite intresting. The timing of work in company is very good

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
