You can learn the basics here like every coaching centre or a online course that provide the knowledge about the tool, it almost equal when you are working as a Intern here. Other than that there is nothing to say about the likes!

Here we go, As I joined as a FEA engineer trainee I have learnt the basics quick but I can't learn the actual work which a FEA engineer should do, because of the politics inside the team and they will also not allow you to learn such things. Here nepotism is on a peak level so that you can't be able grow that much easier and thereis no appraisal! The team leads are not good the management also and the managers are very rude. They didn't even know how to treat people's and I have never seen such a worst management. You can't be able to manage the work Life balance and you will always be overloaded with the work which you should complete within 2 or 3 days which you couldn't even complete those components. The pay also very low even for the experienced! If you are looking for a job in FEA field better go to any company which should be like this or else you can do a course and you can attend the interview and get hired for this job. Kindly don't join in Analysis team if you want growth and experience in career. You can see real-life nepotism here. Even school children behave matured when compared to seniors. You want to sacrifice your everything to complete work at the given time. They don't focus on your career growth. They treat like you are piece of waste. Worst work culture I have seen in my career. They use you for their work. Hire you in name of FEA Trainee or Engineer and only give you PPT and Excel works. They have three years bond for GET. In that period they give all sort of works which will not help you in your career and knowledge growth. They send you abroad for only one month or two to extend your bond. If you don't cooperate with their target times, you will be targetted. Even they can't complete the component with their target timing. Here you get appraisal like literally no appraisal. Situated in a low cost of living city. Nice climate and environment. Friendliness people(only outside organization).

Dislikes

1. The process followed here is not actually CAE related. They'll hire you and ask you to CAD modelling for reverse engineering process. 2. There is no product development activity, So ultimate aim here is just to deliver mesh files. 3. They won't train you. There is no career growth here. If you grown in career they've to pay you more. So they won't allow you to grow here. 4. The managers here are local people who never focus on further development of team apart from CAE - Meshing activities. 5. Nepotism is at peak now.
