Policies are good but a company is made by its people. If you are fortunate, you will work with good team mates and everything would be good. If you are not so lucky, then you might have a hard time. It is not just legato, it’s the case with every other IT company. -work culture is good. Work as a business analyst is little straining as it requires you to deal with business stakeholders. Since most counterparts are in North America, you end up spending more time in discussions with them after office hours i.e. 12pm- 9pm IST
