When the company initially started in 2018,oppurtunities were good.Growth aspects were nice and the culture to care for employees was there.Company saw a huge growth in numbers when they started taking people from all over the place in order to become the fastest growing GIC.When there are so many people,the scope of expansion of employee shrinks,and so is the case with Legato.It looks after Anthem's IT,so its not like you can jump projects. Technology wise its limited to what Anthem has to offer and there is 1/1000 chance that you will get to switch to tech of your choice within organization.Its tough to say who is running show at Legato.It all depends on what comes from onshore,if its less you are lucky,else you need to work like donkey,as in other companies as well. CGS do not promote people based on experience, they does only if have new position created and it rarely happens. Hikes are pretty less and learning is also very average.
