There have been instances where projects suffered due to a lack of clear direction and support from leadership and the whole responsibility comes to the employee.

Decent environment and good learning opportunities.Employees receive mobile reimbursements, a thoughtful gesture by the company that eases the financial burden of work-related communication. Apart from this, facilities provided are sufficient for our work needs, contributing to a productive atmosphere.

No in-house cafeteria facility Work can get demanding at times.

I believe the work environment is improving with new people and innovative ideas Nice strategies to keep employees happy It seems there is no favoritism today, a few years ago there were a lot of employees who were not used to working and just sat with manager talking all day

Was my first job. Very nice environment to grow your skills. Seniors were very nice & helpful, learned a lot from them.

Work-life balance, No overtime pay. Note: I was here for about 2 years at an entry level post, seniors may have it better or they may have updated their policies now since it is a growing company.
