All Old Tech leadership is being asked to leave the company - I feel these people had very low tech skills. This has opened up opportunity for developers like us to grow and build new products. Management is strong and taking courageous decisions. Good or Bad only time will tell.

Dislikes

There some oldies still around. These people don't impart knowledge and also don't deliver projects. I don't know why they are still around.

Its positive to see that they are taking action when employees, including those in management, are not performing well. They now see performance and let go of those who don't meet expectations.The work culture has improved significantly compared to earlier times. We are not sure what is going to happen but it seems like they are taking significant steps to make it a better workplace.

Dislikes

Frequently management changes create uncertainty and instability, distruping workflow, more and team cohesion.

Likes

I find the work environment here to be truly inspiring. Despite the challenges we've faced in maintaining a work-life balance and receiving recognition, I appreciate the recent efforts from management to address these issues. Also, I've had positive experiences with management, especially in their responsiveness to feedback and their commitment to creating a supportive workplace.

Dislikes

There have been instances where projects suffered due to a lack of clear direction and support from leadership and the whole responsibility comes to the employee.

I've been working here since the past year and I’m seeing a positive change regarding many things. Phele ki baat hi alag thi, it was toxic and nobody knew their responsibilities and everyone used to just keep blaming each other, but now I can say they are doing really well. Jo accha kaam karta hai unko unki responsibilities ache se samjhai gai hai and those who were just taking salary for free are fired. Working here was good until last year. There was lots of learning opportunities and multitude of implementation going on. The customers where happy as well.

Dislikes

The new management is more focused on removing the old employees who are well known with the customers. The customer want the old employees as they had implemented the application and support was very well provided with satisfaction. The current management do not respect the employees, they don't know how to talk, using irrelevant word. They are assigning roles which the old employees have never done, without giving any training, also to pressurize them to leave the on their own. This is a good place if you know how to work professionally . After Years of uncertainty finally, new leaders are arriving and making this workplace better. Phele to yaha kaam karne jaisa environment hi nahi that, jisko jo din me aya karta tha .Hard-working employees are getting recognized and lazy employees are getting noticed, otherwise their behavior is like they are the managers here.

Basic infrastructure is not so strong and there are no quick solutions, AC is not working and we are working like labor

Decent environment and good learning opportunities.Employees receive mobile reimbursements, a thoughtful gesture by the company that eases the financial burden of work-related communication. Apart from this, facilities provided are sufficient for our work needs, contributing to a productive atmosphere.

No in-house cafeteria facility Work can get demanding at times.

Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees, their families, and even in-laws or parents. Five days working with no sandwich leave policy.

Dislikes

Lack of proper process alignment and client visibility, causing confusion and frustration among team members. However, recent initiatives to improve communication channels have been promising. Let’s see what happens.
