The best thing about CardinalTS is it's people. Employees here are very helpful and lively.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but lacks in growth opportunities. Appraisals are delayed continuously. And salary comes around mid month. A thing that is bit bad is ongoing service bond. You have to sign the service bond with each of your appraisal meaning you are never out of bond.
