I don’t think there’s anything I like about Capstone. It’s all shiny and glamorous at first. But all that glitters is not Gold.

Dislikes

I dislike the two people who are working, rest all never last more than a month. I dislike the organisation and it’s unstructured and lack of empathy towards employees. They don’t pay their employees which is why working here is not at all worth it.

Leadership is autocratic. There is no trust on employees. Leader has confident and they spy on other employees
