They should provide some amenities to the employee to boost their energy. A designated area for coffee or tea could also serve as an informal space for colleagues to connect and share ideas.

Management and seniors are really helpful. One can learn and explore various technology if s/he is dedicated enough. The people in the company are nice. There are no office politics. Culturally, this is a good place to be.

Dislikes

Annual salary hikes are on the average/low side. I would suggest the management to look into that. This certainly boosts the morale of the people working hard here. Apart from this, all looks fine for now. No one know the future :)

It does not mean you can work however you please;you still need to accept accountability and complete your tasks on time. If you are able to manage the work, you can work for eight hours a day and start and stop as you please. 4. On-time pay. I didn't know much about Capital Numbers before I joined. But the work culture they provide, open and transparent, allow you to learn, evolve and be better. You are always appreciated for a good work done. HRs are extremely friendly, as well as, the higher management is easily reachable. If you are serious and dedicated, extra opportunities are provided to you with added monitory benefits. Appraisal cycles are once a year, in October usually. It is quite at par with industry standard. People are always there to help. No doubt they are growing so fast. Time is very flexible, you can work anytime from anywhere in the country.
