1. The freedom of the work culture in Capital Numbers appeals to me. 2. The management and seniors are really helpful and cooperative. 3. Flexibility in the workplace. It is very impressive that you can start early and manage the work, which is beneficial for balancing work and life. It does not mean you can work however you please;you still need to accept accountability and complete your tasks on time. If you are able to manage the work, you can work for eight hours a day and start and stop as you please. 4. On-time pay. For every employee, receiving their salary on time is crucial, and this is highly noteworthy in capital numbers. I didn't know much about Capital Numbers before I joined. But the work culture they provide, open and transparent, allow you to learn, evolve and be better. You are always appreciated for a good work done. HRs are extremely friendly, as well as, the higher management is easily reachable. If you are serious and dedicated, extra opportunities are provided to you with added monitory benefits. Appraisal cycles are once a year, in October usually. It is quite at par with industry standard. People are always there to help. No doubt they are growing so fast. Time is very flexible, you can work anytime from anywhere in the country. Worse management, doesn't provide leaves easily, toxic management, management forces for not taking leave and work from home.
