A very good and employeecentric organization. You'll have a jaob security like no other organization. Work culture is good as well.
Dislikes
Growth is slow, you'll have to be here for atleast 3-4 years to get a growth opportunity depending on how you perform.

Also if u choose ur own transportation the amount will be paid for the days reach office as a transport allowance.

I like the leave policy of Capita the most. At Capita employee get 42 leaves annually, excluding weekends. Shift timing, work culture, flexibility at work, friendly nature from colleagues, open door policy.

Salary and politics.

I am not able to describe, but it is normal work. It is not exciting, boring or hectic. I miss Capita a lot.
